Transparent Hiring Process
With our extensive hiring expertise and proven delivery track record, we follow an organized way.
First, we take the client's requirements including job profiles, skill criteria, the number of hiring, wages, nationalities and all the important information regarding the job through our detailed requirement document.
Dispatching Documents and Medical Status
Next steps, we dispatch the documents of the candidates selected from different locations in one lot including the photos. We also provide the medical fitness report of the selected candidates.
The second step includes collecting the pre-requisite documents from the job seekers, such as demand letter, power of attorney, specimen agreement and other documents as per country-specific requirements.
Processing of Visas and Deployment of Workers
Once the candidate visas are processed, our clients send us the copy of the visas within 3 weeks of receipt of the document. Next step, the workers travel after 15 days of receipt of the visa.
Invitation Letters and Scheduling of Interviews
We send the invitation letter enabling the client to stamp the delegate's visa and allowing the job seeker to travel for the interview. After receiving the representative visa, we agree with the client on a mutually convenient schedule for an interview.
We provide candidates for a probation period of 3 months. This will help you to assess the candidate's performance and take decisions accordingly.
